Which Web Maintenance Plan should I choose ?
If your website is fairly static, meaning not updated very frequently, the “Ordinary Joe”, or the “Pretty Smart” plan should work just fine. If you make frequent changes or edits to your website, or post to a Blog more than once a week, you Should opt for the “Genius” plan (this is our most popular Web Maintenance Plan). If you Blog every day, frequently update your site and would like some additional design work done every month choosing the “Einstein” plan is a very smart decision.
Do I have to be an Existing Customer of Bright Advice ?
No, of course not. We would love to be your new Website Maintenance Provider.  We have many clients who keep their existing Website Design & Web Hosting Provider. We just take care of the Maintenance so you can focus on Your Business.
What is your refund policy ?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of the billing date.  If you are not satisfied with our Website Maintenance Plan for any reason, then simply Contact Us and we will gladly refund the current Monthly Website Maintenance Plans cost on the next business day. Our goal has always been to create happy, satisfied customers. If you are not thrilled with our services or are not enjoying the Bright Advice experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Website Maintenance Plan at any time after signing up. Just Contact Us and let us know which plan you would like to Upgrade or Downgrade to.
